Roses do put on quite a show, and the trademarked Easy Elegance rose Pinktopia is no exception. This shrub rose is hardy to Zone 4 and grows up to 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The candy-pink blooms mass in clusters, although initially a single bloom will start the show here and there. The dark green foliage starts in new growth as red, providing a rich backdrop to the flowers. This patented variety was introduced in 2011 by Bailey Nurseries, based in Minnesota. The business has introduced more than 200 new varieties since it was founded more than 100 years ago.
